Job Type: Part-Time with transition to full time after 3 month training period.
Pay: $25- $35 depending on experience & qualifications

Key Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for our client experience and keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
- Client Relations & Intake: Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for prospective and existing clients; conduct intake interviews and maintain precise records.
- Communication Management: Answer, screen, and route phone calls courtesy of excellent phone etiquette.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling consultations, court dates, and client appointments.
- Case & Admin Support: Assist attorneys with day-to-day operational tasks, case management, and administrative workflows.
- Document Management: Draft, proofread, and organize professional correspondence and basic legal documents.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict discretion and guard sensitive, confidential client information at all times.
What We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a legal office, client intake, or professional administrative role is preferred (but not required).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology.
- Software Superpowers: Familiarity with legal case management software (specifically Clio) or client communication systems (like Abby Connect) is a major asset.
- Core Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication, stellar organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Passion: A genuine interest in criminal defense work and the legal field.
