Responsibilities:
- Interview clients about their injuries.
- Communicate with insurance carriers;
- Coordinate vehicle inspection and make appointments for medical examinations;
- Request, organize, and summarize medical records and bills.
- Determine the extent of damage covered by the insurance policy, along with other basic litigation duties;
- Review relevant state laws on personal injury;
- Prepare settlement demands;
- Conduct client discovery interviews;
- Prepare and compile discovery responses (interrogatories and other requests);
- Organize and summarize depositions;
- Assist attorney in preparation of trials, depositions, mediation and arbitration hearings by organizing and preparing legal documents, exhibits, and discovery materials;
Qualifications:
- Language: English and Armenian (required).
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with our clients.
- Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $45,000.00 per year
