Position Overview: Small law firm (one attorney, one receptionist) seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paralegal to assist with probate, estate planning, trust administration, and civil litigation matters. This position requires strong calendaring skills, the ability to work independently, and direct communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and finalize legal documents, including petitions, motions, orders, discovery, estate planning, and closing documents
Assist with probate and trust administration, including court filings and estate/trust accountings
Maintain calendaring of deadlines, hearings, and filings in compliance with Nevada court rules
Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties regarding case status and required documentation
Maintain organized case files and support ongoing litigation matters

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in probate, trust administration, estate planning, and/or civil litigation
Probate experience is required
Working knowledge of Nevada court procedures preferred
Experience with e-filing systems, including Odyssey File & Serve and Nevada Supreme Court eFlex
Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
