Law Firm Office Administrator

We are expanding and seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our growing firm. This is a senior-level role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and takes pride in running a tight, well-oiled operation.
What You Will Own
People & HR
- Full-cycle hiring and onboarding
- Employee management and HR compliance
- Insurance administration
- Oversee expansion to new office locations
Finance & Billing
- Accounts payable and vendor management
- Billing using Clio practice management
- Client collections and payment follow-up
- Vendor contract oversight
Daily Operations
- Oversee all day-to-day firm operations
- Office supplies and facilities management
- Systems, processes, and workflow optimization
- Serve as the primary point of operational contact
Growth & Expansion
- Lead operational setup of new offices
- Scale processes as the firm grows
- Coordinate with leadership on strategic goals
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proficiency with Clio or comparable legal billing software strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in HR, hiring, and employee onboarding
- Strong accounts payable and vendor management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high standard for accuracy and discretion
- Comfortable communicating with clients regarding billing and payment matters
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
