Pomerantz LLP, a top-tier plaintiffs’ securities law firm with a global presence, seeks a talented Marketing Assistant for its midtown New York City office. As a member of our marketing and client service teams, you will assist the Senior Marketing Manager with various tasks. Join a bright, diverse, dedicated group of professionals in a supportive environment. This is a full-time opportunity – 4 days in-office and optional remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the writing, editing, and proofreading of marketing collateral as needed, including the firm’s bi-monthly newsletter, award submissions, brochures, articles, and presentations.
Assist with responses to RFPs and search the web weekly to identify RFPs from potential clients.
Regularly update the Pomerantz firm bio and attorney bios.
Upload/edit content to keep the firm website current.
Assist with the execution of social media posts and social calendar.
Assist with shooting social videos and owning the editing process.

Qualifications:

Experience with writing long-form marketing content such as articles, website copy, white papers, RFP responses
Experience with shooting and editing video
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
College degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or comparable field
