Global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to join their firm. Must have 5+ years of previous law firm experience in a similar support role.

Fully onsite to start, will become hybrid after training period

Salary range: 90k - 115k base

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to attorneys, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments, handling inquiries and relaying messages.
Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate with legal support assistants and teams to complete assignments and improve project outcomes.
Mentor and provide feedback to legal support assistants, fostering professional development and skill enhancement.
Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are accessible and up-to-date.
Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and ensure materials are accurately prepared and available.
Manage billing processes, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely delivery of final bills.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative role within legal or corporate environments.
Proficiency in legal software, document production tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal matters.
Experience with billing processes and collaboration with internal teams for project execution.
Adaptability to evolving needs and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
