Role Description
Hartley Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, on-site position in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, reviewing case documents, and assisting in the preparation of pleadings and motions. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who can support attorneys in all aspects of case management and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Demonstrated experience with Legal Research and case analysis
- Strong skills in drafting and reviewing Pleadings and Motions
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Proficiency with legal software and case management systems preferred
- Associate degree or Paralegal certification; a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field is an advantage
