Responsibilities
Handle employment investigations, charges, and lawsuits from inception through resolution.
Draft and argue motions.
Conduct depositions and discovery.
Participate in mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
Lead trial preparation and implement strategy.
Advise employers on labor and employment law issues
Qualifications
5-7- years of Labor & Employment law experience; including investigations of claims.
Experience drafting EEOC charge responses and TWC investigation responses.
Strong motion drafting and trial experience.
First chair responsibility for depositions, discovery, and litigation strategy.
Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
Client development and management skills.
