🚨 HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR | NYC LAW FIRM 🚨

I'm currently partnering with a highly regarded and growing law firm in Manhattan that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join its collaborative HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 2+ years of HR experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is looking to continue building a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities include:

✔ New hire onboarding and orientation

✔ Employee relations support

✔ Personnel file management

✔ HR communications and employee inquiries

✔ Recruiting coordination and interview scheduling

✔ Performance review administration

✔ Summer internship program support

✔ Event planning and employee engagement initiatives

✔ Compliance and reporting projects

The ideal candidate will be:

🔹 Highly organized and detail-oriented

🔹 Professional, polished, and service-oriented

🔹 Comfortable handling confidential information

🔹 Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

🔹 A strong communicator who enjoys working with people across all levels of an organization

🔹Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.

📍 Manhattan

💰 $65,000 - $85,000 base salary

🏠 Hybrid schedule
