Global law firm is hiring a Legal Administrative Assistant to join its downtown Manhattan team.

The ideal candidate is an intelligent and driven professional with:

A bachelor’s degree, preferred
3+ years of administrative/secretarial experience in a law firm
Experience with personal assistant responsibilities, required
AmLaw100 firm support experience, preferred
ChromeRiver, InTapp, and Elite 3E proficiency, ideal
Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe proficiency
Excellent communication and organizational skills

The Legal Administrative Assistant will:

Support Attorneys with administrative tasks including calendar management, expense reports, time entries, and travel arrangements
Open new matters and initiate conflicts checks
Legal document production, including redlining and utilization of styles
Support Attorneys with personal assistant tasks
Provide back-up administrative support to other Legal Administrative Assistants
Assist with additional tasks, as assigned

Additional information:

Salary: $90K - $95K commensurate with experience
Benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K and more
Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM with occasional overtime availability as needed
