What are the Intake Specialist responsibilities?
As an Intake Specialist, you will ensure a memorable experience by building excellent rapport and confidence, identifying the prospect clients needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner to help determine if we can assist the prospect client on their legal case.
- Obtains client information by answering incoming calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
- Enter client information into the Case Management System
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to Firm requirements
- Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
- Sets appointments on calendars to include time, place, and investigator availability or office if appropriate
- Follow up with potential clients regarding missed appointments and pending retainer packets
