We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our team. Candidates should be professional, motivated, and able to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment with a top producer. Some duties include but are not limited to handling tasks on workers’ compensation claims, including file organization, noticing depositions, discovery, compliance with state regulations, and preparation of documents. Client contact is the center of our firm and therefore a necessity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze files electronically.
- Prepare written reports, correspondence, subpoenas, forms and other documents as directed.
- Interact with clients and opposing counsel as necessary.
- Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Workers’ compensation experience experience of 3 years or more required.
