Job Overview:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a warm, polished, and professional experience.
- Manage a busy front desk: greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, monitoring arrivals, and coordinating conference room logistics.
- Maintain poise under pressure while juggling in‑person guests, phone calls, and email communication simultaneously.
- Provide concierge‑style assistance such as car service arrangements, restaurant recommendations, and travel support.
- Ensure reception areas remain immaculate, organized, and aligned with confidentiality and security protocols.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, event preparation, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior law firm receptionexperience strongly preferred; professional services or financial services backgrounds also considered.
- Exceptional communication skills, polished presentation, and a client‑service mindset.
- Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail; especially with names, scheduling, and written communication.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with conference room booking systems a plus.
