Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This vital role requires fluency in both English and Spanish language, enabling effective communication with diverse clients. As a key contributor, you will support complex litigation in personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and any other type of injuries including workers compensation. Your expertise in legal research, case management, document review, and administrative support will help ensure the smooth operation of our litigation processes. Responsibilities
- Provide bilingual support for litigation cases by translating legal documents and facilitating communication with clients and courts in both languages
- Assist attorneys with legal research using Westlaw, and other legal research tools to gather pertinent case information
- Manage legal case files through document management systems software
- Draft, proofread, and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather relevant case information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Organize and maintain case files by filing documents electronically and physically in accordance with firm procedures
- Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, court dates, and case milestones to ensure timely submissions
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, managing phone etiquette, and providing executive administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Proven paralegal experience with a strong understanding of litigation processes in the personal injury law.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are essential
- Familiarity with legal research platforms including Westlaw
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures such as filing systems (both electronic and physical), document review, proofreading, transcription and data entry
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while demonstrating professionalism in client interactions
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Proficiency in using legal software such as PCLaw or other case management tools; familiarity with UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code), and civil and federal court software.

Pay: $50,395.37 - $60,691.20 per year
