Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and negotiation skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Assist in case preparation by organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, and managing case files efficiently
- Support attorneys during negotiations with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Participate in client meetings, interviews, depositions and mediations.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active New Mexico bar admission.
- Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documents under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and advocate persuasively on behalf of clients
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes and case management software in a busy law office setting
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
