Gould Cooksey Fennell is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join our Estate Planning & Tax Group in Vero Beach.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing and assessing legal and financial documents
- Preparing documents for attorney review, including Florida probate pleadings
- Analyzing trusts and preparing trust accountings
- Preparing initial drafts of trust and estate-related tax returns, including Forms 706
- Coordinating legal, tax, and financial documentation
- Communicating professionally with clients and other professional offices
- Using sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Managing files and keeping matters organized
- Working independently to meet deadlines
- Supporting attorneys, team members, and colleagues on projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of related paralegal experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- File management experience
