We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused bilingual Case Manager/Paralegal with experience in personal injury law. This role supports attorneys by managing case flow, communicating with clients, and ensuring that all aspects of case administration—from intake to resolution—are handled with accuracy, urgency, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Injury Case Management:
- Manage case files from intake to settlement or litigation, including accident reports, medical records, and insurance correspondence.
- Communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and lien holders.
- Track treatment progress, damages, and settlement negotiations.
- Assist with drafting and filing of complaints, discovery responses, and demand package.
General Duties:
- Maintain detailed and organized physical and digital case files.
- Keep clients updated regularly with case progress, deadlines, and next steps.
- Schedule and confirm attorney-client meetings, court appearances, and depositions.
- Use case management software to track case milestones and deadlines.
- Ensure all documentation and filings comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Support attorneys with trial prep and post-resolution follow-up.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Strong knowledge of court procedures, litigation timelines, and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management platforms.
- Outstanding time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience handling pre-litigation and litigation phases of personal injury cases.
