The Frazer Firm, P.A. is a boutique business law firm in Jupiter, Florida seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support the firm's daily operations and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, referral sources, and opposing counsel.

This role is built for a detail-oriented legal administrative professional who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a structured environment, and finds genuine satisfaction in keeping a sophisticated law firm running without friction. You will support the firm owner directly, manage client communications, process billing, coordinate intake, and maintain the systems and procedures that allow our attorneys to focus on delivering exceptional legal counsel.
