We are seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-exposure, multi-party presuit matters with a focus on insurance coverage and complex litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil trial litigation, including cases involving insurance coverage and high-exposure presuit matters.
Handle a variety of legal matters, with an emphasis on crafting strategies for complex, multi-party disputes.
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft compelling motions, pleadings, and other key documents.
Engage in jury trial advocacy, negotiations, mediations, and hearings to effectively advance client interests.
Collaborate with the firm's attorneys and support staff to ensure successful case outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
10+ years experience with demonstrated jury trial experience (required) including trying cases to verdict.
Insurance coverage experience (preferred).
Experience in federal court litigation (preferred).
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and independently while maintaining attention to detail.
