The ideal candidate will have worked in a large, global law firm, exhibit high standards, have an innate ability to take initiative, and effortlessly leverage executive calendars. Strong calendar management and global travel coordination skills, experience with billing, and the ability to provide seamless support and services, will ensure your success in this Executive Assistant role.

Base + Paid Overtime + Generous Comprehensive Benefits which includes a generous 401K + Generous Paid Time Off

Hybrid - work remote 1 day/week

Responsibilities

Provide executive administrative support to multiple stakeholders
Maintain a highly complex calendar - help direct attorneys' time and focus
Coordinate complex, global travel
Manage phone calls, provide appropriate screening, and take thorough, actionable messages
Professionally handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Maintain and process detailed professional expenses and weekly billing

Qualifications

Experience serving as an extension to stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Experience with complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and client billing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and seamlessly work with executives at all levels
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
