Valero Law Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual Law Firm Receptionist to join our fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of prior law firm reception experience, be fluent in both Spanish and English, and possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. This role is critical to maintaining the daily operations and professionalism of our office while serving as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage a 10+ line phone system, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Provide bilingual communication (Spanish/English) with clients and staff
Manage and track all office supply orders for multiple office locations
Manage inventory to ensure the office remains fully stocked
Sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare and process FedEx, UPS, and other courier packages
Scan and electronically organize documents into the firm’s document management system
Assist with general administrative support and office coordination
Maintain an organized reception and common office areas
Coordinate with vendors and office staff as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of law firm receptionist experience (required)
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Experience managing a multi-line phone system (10+ lines)
Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with office equipment including scanners, copiers, and postage systems
Professional demeanor and strong client service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy while handling multiple responsibilities
Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a high-volume law office environment
Familiarity with legal case management systems
Strong administrative and office management skills

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday – Friday

Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
