Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with at least 1+ year of experience (litigation preferred) to join our West Hollywood office. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on experience, real case ownership, and a clear path for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload from intake through settlement or trial.
Interview and evaluate potential clients to determine case viability.
Develop legal strategies, including identifying claims and defenses.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Conduct discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, depositions)
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.
Collaborate with case managers and legal staff to move cases efficiently.
Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

1+ year of personal injury experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license (required)
Litigation experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of California civil procedures
Excellent research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working both independently and within a team
