Candidates should have experience administering real estate transactions, but the best candidates should be ambitious, energetic, friendly and smart, with a good head for numbers and a personality that is naturally inclined to provide friendly, proactive, helpful and detail-oriented service to our clients. Being a real estate paralegal means juggling several files and relationships at the same time efficiently and effectively, while being friendly and responsive to brokers, lenders, buyers, seller and attorneys.
