We have an exciting position available in our NY, NY location to grow with us by handling Residential Bank Loan Processing and Closing of Loan Files

*Job Location: 1430 Broadway, 8th Floor, New York, New York

*Duties and Responsibilities:*

Must be fully familiar with TRID process
Prepare CD’s for closing
Must know how to prepare CEMA’s, 255’s, Schedule A Mortgage Schedules
Ability to fully review CEMA collateral and spot issues
Communicate with brokers, banks, clients, attorneys, and title companies from beginning to end of loan process.
Coordinate with parties to schedule closings
Prepare loan closing documents for both real property and coop loans for various lender clients of AGMB.

*Required Skills:*

Must be a self-starter and quickly master handling a heavy pipeline of loan files (ability to handle files from start to finish )
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of parties inside and outside of our offices.
Ability to elicit, interpret, analyze, and evaluate given information relative to loan closing guidelines and lender requirements.
Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented aptitude and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
General administrative abilities to include typing, filing, and use of computer, calculator, copier and facsimile machines.
*Work Conditions: Overtime (employer paid, if applicable) may be required
