We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing & Client Relations Manager to lead the firm’s marketing, business development, and client engagement efforts. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a professional who thrives working collaboratively with attorneys, building relationships, coordinating initiatives from start to finish, and driving the firm’s overall visibility and growth.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the firm’s overall marketing, business development, and client relations initiatives

Partner directly with attorneys to develop and support individualized business development plans and client outreach efforts

Coordinate and manage firm sponsorships, networking initiatives, community involvement, and client-facing events

Plan and execute firm events, seminars, speaking engagements, and client appreciation activities

Manage relationships with outside marketing, website, and design vendors

Coordinate website content updates and marketing collateral to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Oversee the development of client alerts, newsletters, attorney bios, presentations, and other marketing materials

Track marketing initiatives, client inquiries, referral sources, and business development opportunities

Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm’s visibility, reputation, and community presence

Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives and marketing priorities

Qualifications

8+ years of marketing, business development, or client relations experience within a law firm or professional services environment required

Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects forward

Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, and business development activities

Experience managing outside vendors and overseeing projects from concept through completion

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Professional presence and comfort interacting directly with attorneys, clients, and community partners

Highly engaged, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
