What We Offer

Salary: $140,000–$160,000, depending on experience
Performance-based bonus compensation for exceeding 1,600 billable hours annually

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of family law experience, including mediation and trial work
Ability to independently manage a caseload from start to finish
Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
Motivated by long-term professional growth
Licensed to practice law in Nevada

Responsibilities

Independently manage family law matters
Handle all phases of litigation, including mediation, hearings, and trial
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure effective case preparation
Deliver exceptional client service while upholding the firm’s reputation for quality representation
