Manage case files and document review processes utilizing document management systems
Support attorneys with legal administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining case management databases.
Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information through effective interviewing techniques to assist in case preparation.
Draft cover letters for affirmative and defensive cases, citing relevant legal authority
Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, addressing client concerns, and coordinating communication among team members.

Strong writing skills and effective communication abilities.
Spanish language fluency
Effective organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
Exceptional proofreading and transcription skills ensuring all documents meet high standards of quality.
Strong interpersonal skills including interviewing techniques and professional phone etiquette for client interaction.
