Compensation:$90,000 + base salary plus bonuses
Responsibilities:- Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks
- Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
- Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
- Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
Qualifications:- Attorneys should be active members of their local bar association.
- The attorney will be responsible from the client intake to the completion of the case.
- New graduates will be considered, but courtroom experience is preferred.
- The ability to work independently, with excellent communication and record-keeping skills, is important for this position.
