Seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support attorneys in a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have prior litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage scheduling and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys.
Manage attorney calendars, court dates, meetings, and deadlines.
Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence.
Maintain case files and ensure accurate document organization.
Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
Assist with filing and service of legal documents.
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

Prior Legal Secretary experience required.
Litigation experience required; defense litigation experience preferred.
Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
