The growing DC office of a global law firm is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to support two Litigation Partners of the firm. The Executive Assistant serves as the key point of contact for both internal and external clients, as well as serves as a liaison between the attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

35 hour work week, 4 days in office, 4 weeks vacation. paid overtime, full benefits and bonus

s:Manage and maintain busy calendars, emails and schedule meeting
s.Prepare and organize complex travel arrangements (domestic and internationa
l)Maintain client files, updates contact list
s.Drafting letters and correspondenc
e.Conserves attorneys time by reading, researching and routing correspondenc
e.Monitors, screens, and responds to and distributes incoming communicatio
n.Process reimbursement expenses, heavy expenditure reporting and credit card reconciliatio
n.Manage client billing, expenses and time entr
y.Marketing and business development suppor
t.Heavy client contact for coordination and to assist with the management of client relationship

Qualificatio

ns:The ideal candidate will have seven or more years' experience as legal administrative or legal executive assistant with a global or national law fi
rm.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferr
ed.Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required, as well as document management and other office technologi
es.MUST have experience supporting Litigation Partners/Shareholders of a law fi

rm.
