- We are seeking a Bilingual in Spanish Paralegal to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law, extensive phone experience, professional appearance, and excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills. We are looking for an honest, responsible, punctual, and friendly individual who enjoys interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ability to read and review directives provided by the case manager to process requests, emails, and administrative tasks.
- Handle and reply to a large volume of phone calls.
- Perform elements of litigation case management, including file management, discovery.
- Assist team-members with client intakes, and correspondence as required
- Implement case calendaring system to track filings and appropriately distribute information
- Knowledge of claims processing with Insurance Carriers, Health Insurance carriers, Medi-care and MediCal.
- Ability to assist with administrative functions to resolve Property Damage and Loss of Use claims.
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
- Locate providers and schedule medical appointments for treatment of injuries.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.

Experience:
- Paralegal 3+ year experience. (Required)
- Personal Injury 1+ year experience.(Required)
- Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy
- Heavy phone calls experience (Required)
- Bilingual in SPANISH (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour
