Title: Litigation Attorney
Salary Range: $150K- $220K based on experience
About the role
Global Legal is a boutique law firm focused on complex commercial litigation in the electronic payments industry. We represent clients nationwide in state and federal courts and are seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage civil litigation matters from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in California state and federal courts.
- Manage civil litigation cases from intake through resolution and trial.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on case strategy and preparation.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and local counsel and provide regular status updates.
- Assist with trial preparation and appear at hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of California civil litigation experience required.
- Knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters.
- Ability to work in person in our San Diego County office.
