Responsibilities:

Advocate passionately for fathers' rights in family law cases, ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunities for all parents.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique situations and develop tailored legal strategies that align with their goals.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, maintaining a strong focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on the latest developments in family law to provide informed advice and representation.
Draft, review, and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail.
