We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team and support our attorneys in managing a dynamic caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury case preparation from intake through settlement or trial
Draft letters and legal documents to clients, insurance companies, governmental entities, and for court filings
Manage client intake and maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status
Organize, review, and summarize medical records and bills
Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and expert witnesses
Maintain and update case files and calendars

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
