We are a dynamic law firm seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation and Transactional Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team in our Riverside location This role supports our attorneys across both litigation and transactional matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys managing a variety of responsibilities—from court filings to contract support.

What You’ll Do
As a vital member of our team, you’ll:

Litigation Support: Prepare and file legal documents (pleadings, motions, briefs) under attorney supervision,manage discovery processes, including document production and subpoenas, maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines and court appearances, cCommunicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel and prepare case status updates and organize litigation files.
Transactional Support: Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and corporate documents, conduct legal research and support due diligence efforts, organize and maintain transactional files and serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients.
Communiction & Collaboration: Draft and proofread legal correspondence, act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely communication across the legal teamd.
Administrative Support: Coordinate attorney schedules, meetings, and deadlines, maintain organized electronic and physical files and perform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, document management)

What We’re Looking For

Paralegal certification required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (litigation + transactional preferred).
Experience with California court e-filing (Riverside Superior Court strongly preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and legal research tools (Westlaw/Lexis).
Excellent written/verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed and high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities .
