We are currently looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our transportation and civil defense legal department . We are searching and in need of a trial paralegal with at least 4 years experience. A successful candidate must be familiar with putting together trial binders, trial director, subpoenaing records (i.e., employment, medical and billing records) and drafting medical summaries, timelines and chronology; as well as drafting responses to discovery. A successful candidate must be a motivated self-starter, have excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to work independently and follow instructions from attorney to support in handling case load. The ideal candidate should also have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. In addition, a Litigation Paralegal will be expected to support our attorneys with research, task assignments and putting together PowerPoints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
