About The Role

Polymarket is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Legal team. You'll work directly with the Chief Legal Officer and Deputy CLO, keeping a busy, fast-moving legal function running smoothly — managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and handling the administrative details that keep the team focused on high-priority work.

This role is well suited to someone with prior experience in a law firm environment or a recent graduate with an interest in law. You'll be embedded in the Legal team's day-to-day, exposed to a broad range of legal and regulatory work, and trusted with sensitive information from day one.

What You'll Do

Manage complex, heavily overlapping calendars for the CLO and Deputy CLO — anticipating conflicts, prioritizing effectively, and keeping schedules airtight
Coordinate all travel logistics including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries for periodic travel related to hearings and conferences
Track and maintain deadlines including lobbyist registration renewals and continuing legal education requirements
Monitor and manage incoming mail and email, flagging time-sensitive items and routing correspondence appropriately
Support the broader Legal team with administrative tasks including filing, document organization, and deadline tracking
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Legal team

Meticulous attention to detail — you catch the small things before they become big problems
Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple calendars and competing priorities simultaneously
Absolute discretion — you'll be trusted with privileged and confidential materials as a core part of this role
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Proactive and organized with a low-ego, no-task-too-small attitude
(Plus) Prior experience at a law firm as a legal secretary, legal assistant, or in an administrative support role
(Plus) Familiarity with regulatory or compliance tracking (lobbyist registrations, CLE deadlines, or similar)
