ESTATE PLANNING PARALEGAL

Boutique law firm seeking an estate planning paralegal to support several attorneys. Primary responsibilities include client communication after someone hires the firm (no intake calls), maintaining attorney calendars, drafting correspondence and documents. Superior customer skills and professional demeanor are both a must. Opportunity for hybrid/remote work schedule.

Ideal candidate possesses:

1+ years of prior work experience as a paralegal/legal assistant
College degree
Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and via email
Ability to thrive under pressure, whether that be a looming deadline or irrational client
Outstanding work ethic while working remotely
Eagerness to be a team player
Basic computer skills (Mac skills are preferred)
Working knowledge of Clio and/or RingCentral
