Trial Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to handle high-value personal injury cases.

Cases include catastrophic injuries arising from work accidents, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and dog bite claims. The attorney will manage litigation files from inception through trial, including depositions, motion practice, expert coordination, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Requirements:

Licensed in New Jersey
3+ years litigation experience
Trial experience required
Experience handling complex personal injury matters preferred
Licensed in Pennsylvania is preferred
