Individuals to be considered for this position will require experience in non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN) and immigrant (PERM, I-140, I-485) case work, work authorizations, permanent residency applications and immigration case management. Experience with international employment visas will be beneficial. Ability to handle large case load essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure required. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required. Offices are located in Suburban Washington DC in Potomac, Maryland.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on business immigration law
Provide advice on compliance matters involving immigration
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

Previous experience in corporate immigration law
Strong knowledge of legal documents and immigration forms pertaining to corporate immigration
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
