Responsibilities may include:

Preparing and formatting legal documents
Tracking deadlines
Maintaining case files
Assisting with billing
Assisting with firm marketing
Office management
Coordinating meetings and client consultations
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Familiarity with intellectual property preferred but not required
Prior law firm experience preferred but not required
Full-time or part-time options available
