Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to support our legal team in providing high-quality legal services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in estate planning and will play a critical role in managing client files and assisting attorneys in case preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with the preparation of legal documents related to estate planning, including wills and trusts.
Manage and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
Conduct legal research as needed to support ongoing cases.
Maintain schedules and coordinate appointments for attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in estate planning.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and document preparation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
