Responsibilities and Duties

工作职责

Perform substantive legal work under the guidance and supervision of an attorney
在律师的指导和监督下，完成实质性的法律相关工作

Assist attorneys by analyzing and preparing legal documents, conducting routine legal research, and compiling relevant data and references
协助律师分析及准备法律文件，进行日常法律研究，并整理相关资料及参考文件

Conduct research and distribute real estate documents
进行房地产相关调查并分发房地产文件

Document processes and maintain both hard copy files and electronic records
记录工作流程，并维护纸质及电子档案资料

Submit accurate legal documents in a timely manner
准确并及时提交法律文件

Qualifications and Skills

任职资格与技能

Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role preferred
有律师助理、法律助理或相关岗位工作经验者优先

Familiarity with real estate closings, reading title reports, and clearing title exceptions
熟悉房地产交易流程、产权报告阅读及产权问题处理

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
具备优秀的中英文口头及书面沟通能力

Highly organized with experience in document management
工作细致有条理，具备文件管理经验

Proficient in Microsoft Office
熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
具备多任务处理能力，并能在压力下高效工作
