Collins + Collins (C+C) is looking for an experienced 3+ year Associate Attorney to join our team.

Your Role

As an Associate Attorney at C+C, you will play a pivotal role in litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to develop case strategies, manage all aspects of litigation— from fact investigation to drafting pleadings and motions— and build strong relationships with clients.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must be a current member in good standing with the CA (California) Bar and/or NV (Nevada) State Bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to analyze and write about legal issues. You should also be ready to roll up your sleeves and work closely with clients, manage all stages of litigation, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Preferred Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Bachelor’s degree
Active CA (California) Bar and/or NV (Nevada) State Bar in good standing
3+ years’ experience in civil litigation
Strong writing, case analysis, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn

Competitive Salary: The salary range is for a 3+ year Associate Attorney is $125,000–$175,000, with an annual discretionary bonus potential of up to $28,000.
