We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled, tenacious, organized Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have litigation interest and a passion for helping clients navigate their claims. This role involves working closely with the Managing Attorney to assist with cases, draft pleadings, and communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues. The candidate will do court appearances regularly. Building rapport and maintaining strong client relationships is a key component of this position. A fire in your belly for this industry is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Managing Attorney with handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents/correspondence.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide case updates.
Build strong client relationships to foster trust and confidence in our firm.
Participate in litigation, including court appearances, depositions, and negotiations.
Maintain organization in case management and ensure deadlines are met.
Independent thinking
Action and detail oriented
Ability to use case management software

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Utah
At least one yearof experience in personal injury law.
Litigation experience helpful.
Strong drafting skills for pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
