The Kansas City, Missouri, office of Baty Otto Scheer P.C., a civil litigation firm, seeks a full-time litigation paralegal. Candidates must have experience working on complex legal matters and managing large document production. Additionally, the candidate must have specific experience managing client files, preparing medical chronologies, summarizing depositions, and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate brings eDiscovery experience and the ability to leverage advanced analytics tools such as Relativity, CS Disco, and AI-assisted review technologies. The candidate must be able to work independently with limited supervision. Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff is a requirement of the position. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
