Responsibilities

Manage a caseload from intake through resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
Appear in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
Analyze legal issues and develop case strategies.
Maintain accurate case files and meet all deadlines.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Illinois.
0–3 years of legal experience preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
