Adams Rizzi & Sween, P.A., a law firm located in Austin, Minnesota is seeking a full-time real estate paralegal responsible for facilitating real estate transactions for the law firm.

Essential Functions

* Professionally develops and maintains direct, continuing relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Accurately and timely prepares closing documents.

* Schedules and prepares documents for purchase, sale, and refinance closings.

* Conducts closings at the Adams Rizzi & Sween offices.

* Works with staff attorneys to prepare title opinions and reports.

* Prepares purchase agreements.

* Maintains client file records.

* Processes incoming and outgoing wires.

* Processes electronic Certificate of Real Estate Value (eCRV).

* Assists other departments (secretarial, bookkeeping, etc) with miscellaneous projects.

* Effectively performs duties and responsibilities within scope of the position with minimal supervision.

* All other duties as assigned or directed.

Required Qualifications

* Experience with performing real estate transactions or title work

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

* Professional in person, phone, and email etiquette

* Strong problem solving and attention to detail skills

* Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working within a law firm or other professional setting

* Postsecondary degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
